Are you happy with your Advantage home? Refer us and receive a referral award! As a current Advantage homeowner, we'll send you a check for 1% of the base price of the new buyer's home. Plus, the new buyer will receive 1% of the base price in free options.

Just introduce your friend or family member to a sales representative at any Advantage Homes Sales Center, and upon completion of settlement, both parties will reap the rewards of our Friends & Family Referral Program!

*The referral award will not be paid until the Buyer has completed settlement, and the Advantage Homeowner who referred the Buyer will receive a 1099 from the IRS in accordance with tax laws. Program is not valid with a realtor co-op on the new Buyer's sale.
