Over the years, real estate agents have been a leading source of sales and our new Advantage HomesAgent Alliance initiative is designed to surround us with top agents and provide them with a package of exclusive benefits.

We also recognize how important your referral is to your future business. By becoming an Advantage Homes Alliance agent, you are aligning yourself with a builder who has a 98% Customer Satisfaction Rating. That means your reputation is safe with us.

Your Benefits will include:

• Beyond our regular 3% commission, we will pay 3.5% commission on your second settlement per calendar year and 4% commission for your third settlement (and above that) per calendar year.
  
  
• As an Alliance Agent, you will receive advanced notice on new communities, new incentives and available homes for sale before that information is released to the public.
  
  
• We will accept email or phone registrations of our Alliance Agents’ clients prior to their first visit.
  
  
• You will be entered into our yearly drawing for a High-Tech Realtor Package (iPhone, iPad, data package and phone service for a year). Register in the form above to be entered into the drawing.
