One of Frederick County, Maryland’s premier new home communities, Brunswick Crossing welcomes visitors for fun entertainment and anniversary deals.

Brunswick, MD—May 5, 2011— Advantage Homes, LLC is pleased to announce the one-year anniversary celebration of Brunswick Crossing, one of the communities featuring homes by Advantage Homes. The event will take place Saturday, May 14th from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. in the Brunswick Crossing community, Brunswick, Md. Visitors will also be able to preview the community’s new luxury townhome plans, designed specifically for Brunswick Crossing by Maryland homebuilder Advantage Homes.

The special preview will feature the community’s new three-story, three-bedroom luxury townhomes. Expected to be priced from the mid $200s, these homes will be 22’ wide by 36′ or 38′ deep with optional 10′ extensions, and each home will include a detached two-car garage and a finished recreation room. Advantage Homes is planning to build a fully merchandised model, ready for interested homebuyers to tour in September.

Advantage Homes is offering a special anniversary gift at the event: all closing costs paid by the seller for any single-family home sold in May 2011.
